Every organization's documentation, staff count and compliance requirements are different, so the number comes from a conversation rather than a pricing table. What that number is not based on is worth knowing up front.

Priced per organization, not per seat

One agreement covers your organization. If it contains multiple clinics, sites or hospitals, they are all inside it — you are not buying licences facility by facility, and adding a colleague never changes the bill.

No document or user limits

There is no quota to bump into. The current production corpus is over 3,800 documents and 35 GB for a single organization, and nothing about that is a paid tier.

Every feature, every organization

There is no Pro tier holding back audit logs, SSO, the API, PHI redaction or the security dashboard. There is no tier concept in the product at all — you get the whole platform.

No AI usage meter

Inference runs on our own GPUs rather than a third-party model provider, so there is no per-token cost being passed through to you and no bill that grows every time your staff ask more questions.
